Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free chocolate cake


200g GF self raising flour

2 tablespoons cocoa (I use nesquik)

100g dairy free marg

225g sugar

2 no egg replacer (if you can have egg you can use 2 eggs)

10 tablespoons of milk (add slightly more if necessary)



45g dairy free marg

2 tablespoons cocoa (or nesquik)

145g icing sugar

dairy free milk to add to icing consistency


1) Sift flour and cocoa

2) Add marg, sugar, no egg replacer and milk

3) Mix together and fill two baking trays (greased & greaseproof paper)11760311_876394822440101_5114868929870213500_n

4) Cook for 30 mins  325F / 170c / Mark 3



1) Melt marg

2) Sift cocoa and icing sugar into marg

3) Mix together with milk (drop in small amounts to get the right consistency)
