Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soya free biscuits

thQMSAFM5C50g dairy free marg
75g caster sugar
1 egg – or egg replacer equivalent
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g gluten free plain flour
1 tsp xanthum gum
1tsp gluten free baking powder


  1. Preheat oven at 180c
  2. Mix together sugar and marg until soft and creamy. Add egg (or egg replacer) and vanilla extract. Mix together
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients (flour, xanthum gum, baking powder). Mix together until dough forms, maybe use hands. (it can be very crumbly but just keep pressing it together)
  4. Lightly flour surface and roll out dough, then cut shapes
  5. Place on baking sheet on a tray – 10/15 mins
  6. (They will stay very pale in colour, don’t overcook to get a golden colour as this will make them extremely hard)
